COMIC GRADES


All comics listed are individually graded.
The comic grades that we use for this site are as follows:
NM (Near Mint) - An almost perfect copy with white pages. The slightest of imperfections may be seen, such as couple of tiny stress marks on the spine.
VFN (Very Fine) - A sharp, glossy and clean copy. Tight and flat with the slightest of wear. No significant marks.
FN (Fine) - An above average copy. Slightly more wear. Cream to off-white pages.
VG (Very Good) - A misnomer. A copy with possibly several minor tears, and light creases. Sometimes a small amount of pen on the cover. Off-white to tan colour pages.
G (Good) - A well worn copy with slightly heavier creases and longer tears. Possible spine-roll. Still complete.
FAIR (Fair) - A tired and unhappy comic. Very worn. Severe tears and creases. Perhaps a detached cover.
POOR (Poor) - Totally wrecked. This copy could be totally defaced. Brittle pages are possible as are missing pages. basically a reading copy

Cents, Pence and Pence Stamped issues are not generally pointed out. Please e-mail if you have a question regarding a particular comic.

Our website will allow you to order any amount of a product, in any quantity. We will fill your order with as many items as are available from our extensive stock.

All prices on this site are in UK Sterling with a approx US Dollar conversion, please check actual exchange rate at time of ordering..
Prices include V.A.T. where applicable.



Payment may be made by Mastercard, Visa, Paypal,
Switch/Maestro, Cheque, Postal Order or Money Order.


If electing to pay by cheque, please send you cheque promptly.

The "Invoice To" address given by you when placing an order must be the address that the credit card being used is registered at.
If the "Card Number" does not match the "Invoice To" address AND the "Card Security Code" on our Card Processors records, then, for security reasons, we cannot ship the order.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that any given data is correct. We will not be held responsible for delays where the information given was incorrect.


International Money Orders must be in Pounds Sterling.

If you're not happy, then we're not happy. All items on this site carry a
conditional 7 day money-back guarantee, if they are returned in
the same condition as sent.
We will also pay any return postage if an order is returned with a
grading or condition issue.
We cannot refund postage for incorrectly ordered items.


Typo's may happen rarely. We apologise for
any inconvienience that might be caused.


SHIPPING


Order turnaround is normally 1-5 days, but please allow at least 14 days before chasing an outstanding order, as sometimes we are extremely busy.

We do not have any minimum order value, but the minimum shipping amount in the UK is 2.00 for each order. If you place more than one order the same day, we can normally combine both orders for shipping to save on costs.


The most you will pay for Shipping as a mainland UK customer is 8.00.


UK Standard Comic Postage is 2.00 for the first three comics plus 25p per each additional comic thereafter to a maximum of 8.00. Recorded post in the UK is available at Checkout for an additional 1.00 per order.
Republic Of Ireland Comic Airmail is 3.00 for the first three comics plus 30p per each additional comic thereafter, with no maximum.
Rest Of Europe Comic Airmail Postage is 3.00 for the first three comics plus 40p per each additional comic thereafter, with no maximum.
USA/Canada Comic Airmail Postage is 4.00 for the first three comics plus 70p per each additional comic with no maximum.
Rest Of The World Comic Airmail Postage is 4.00 for the first three comics plus 70p per each additional comic with no maximum.


This formula does work very well, but we will try to reduce the shipping costs wherever possible if the actual cost is less than the website calculated cost.


Graphic novels, magazines etc are double the comic rate.
